"The charms are extremely difficult to get on and off and if you have a pendant you want to add of your own you can't do it because the center circle everything attaches to doesn't open. If it's a charm necklace then the circle connecting the beads at the center is supposed to have a hinge to open and close it so you can easily change out different charms and pendants. I shouldn't have to tell you that for what you are charging."
"I received my order a few weeks back , the necklace came but the charm was missing. I tried reaching out a few times with no answer. But then Amy received my messages and reached out right away and said they were having trouble with their messages, and had not been getting them. She was quick to fix my order and get my charm right out to me and is sending me a gift also! She was very apologetic. I haven’t received the charm yet but it’s on its way, the necklace is beautiful and I can’t wait to see the charm attached to it! I truly appreciate Amy getting back to me and explaining the situation and her sincerity in wanting to make it right! I would definitely recommend this shop and I will be purchasing other jewelry from them as gifts in the future!"
"This was a HUGE disappointment, the beads are not what was pictured it is small and very cheap. For 85$ I had higher expectations. I would not recommend this necklace unless you are a10year old. Myraize you should do better. Honestly you should just refund me"
