At Raiz, each piece is handmade with care. Please keep in mind that production time and shipping time are separate—your selected shipping speed begins once your piece has been completed and is ready to ship.
Essentials | Production Time
Our handmade pieces typically require 1–3 business days to craft. Once complete, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing before your order ships.
Business days exclude weekends and holidays.
Heirloom | Fine
Our Fine pieces are individually handcrafted to order and require additional time for production.
For custom portrait pieces: You'll receive a digital portrait proof by email within 48 hours of placing your order. Production begins once your proof is approved.
To keep your order on schedule, if we don't receive a response, we'll automatically move forward with production using the proof provided after:
- 2 business days for orders placed with expedited or overnight shipping
- 5 business days for orders placed with standard shipping
Once your piece enters production, our current production timeline applies.
Please note: Shipping speed begins after production is complete. Selecting 2-Day or Overnight Shipping expedites transit time only and does not shorten the time required to create your piece.

Economy Shipping
5–8 business days | $5
Complimentary on orders over $100
Priority Shipping
2-3 business days | $20
Overnight Shipping
1 business day | $35
Shipping estimates refer to transit time after your order has been completed and shipped.
International Shipping
We currently ship within the United States only. We're exploring international options and hope to expand soon.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we'll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also track your order anytime through our order tracking page.
Delivery Address
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Raiz is not responsible for packages shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
Packaging
Your jewelry will arrive in our signature Raiz packaging, ready for gifting or keeping for yourself.
