Valentine's Delivery Deadlines

Standard Shipping
Order by February 6 to receive your order in time for Valentine's Day.

Expedited Shipping
Valentine's delivery is still available with expedited shipping through February 10.

A Note on Custom Pieces

Custom jewelry takes time to create with care. While we do our very best to meet holiday delivery timelines, we recommend placing your order as early as possible — especially during this busy gifting season.

Shipping & Delivery

At Raiz, each piece is handmade with care, which means your order isn’t just packaged—it’s personally crafted. Here’s what to expect when ordering:

Processing & Crafting Time:
  • Our products are handmade and require 1–3 business days to craft.
  • Once crafted, please allow an additional 1–3 business days for processing and shipping.

Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Shipping Options & Rates

At checkout, you’ll be able to choose from the following U.S. shipping options:

  • Economy Shipping takes 5–8 business days and costs $5.00 (or is free on orders over $100).
  • 2-Day Shipping arrives in 2 business days for $20.00.
  • Overnight Shipping delivers in 1 business day for $30.00.
International Shipping

We currently ship within the United States only. We’re exploring international options and hope to expand soon!

Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Delivery Address
