Brassy, cheap looking finish
"I really liked the design of the piece, but the gold tone wasn’t quite what I expected. In person, it appears more brassy/darker yellow than the photos online, and doesn’t have the softer, more natural gold look I was hoping for. A lot of the marketing photos Raiz uses have a filter on them, so I didn’t realize how much the brass base metal that this company uses would show. I’d love to see a slightly more muted or realistic gold finish in the future like gold vermeil or gold plated. For the price point, I didn’t expect the necklace to come out this way. I’m returning it and the charms, but unfortunately can’t return the personalized charm."

Love love love…
"I’ve purchased from Raiz multiple times, starting with custom charms and a necklace, and recently adding more necklaces, charms, and custom pieces. On my latest order, I had an issue with one item, but their team responded the same day and immediately sent a replacement. The whole process was incredibly easy, which I really appreciated. I’ve also had some of my older pieces for quite a while now, and the quality hasn’t diminished at all, even with daily wear. That says a lot. I truly love this brand and will definitely continue to buy from them."

Beautiful
"The photo pendants are smaller than I thought, but to be able to switch to a bracelet and necklace they are the perfect size. I do ask they offer bigger sizes for necklace lengths- I could only see options for 18”- I would prefer a 20-22” Option in the future. Very well Made and so many compliments!"

Not Happy with the Chain
"I purchased my mom this chain with a picture charm for Christmas. The necklace turned her neck green and immediately started tarnishing. Extremely disappointed considering the money I spent. The charm is beautiful, but I am not happy at all with the jewelry."
