Shipping policy

We offer complimentary Economy Shipping on U.S. orders over $100.

Each Raiz piece is handmade with care. Please note that production, processing, and shipping times are separate.

Essentials pieces typically require 1–3 business days to craft, followed by an additional 1–3 business days for processing before shipment. Business days exclude weekends and holidays.

Once your order has completed production and processing, your selected shipping method begins:

• Economy Shipping: 5–8 business days | $5 or complimentary on orders over $100
• Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days | $20
• Overnight Shipping: 1 business day | $35

Shipping estimates refer to transit time after your order has been completed and shipped. Selecting Priority or Overnight Shipping expedites transit time only and does not shorten production time.
