"I owe an updated review. I received this charm for my first mother's day. A few months later, I lost it. The clasp continously came undone. I would find it on the floor etc. Raiz reached out and said they updated their clasp and replaced it. Customer service is excellent. The replacement-perfect. The picture is still crystal clear and the charm has not fallen off once. Would definitely buy again."
