The first came with the graphic slightly amiss- not terrible but I noticed it. A replacement was immediately sent and looked absolutely perfect. The charms feel very special, like they were made uniquely for you. I've only just gotten it and worn it once so I can't speak about how they hold up but I love it and got compliments every place I went. Next I'll be getting photo charms :) 5 stars for the jewelry and 5 stars for customer service- thank you!"
