"I’ve purchased from Raiz multiple times, starting with custom charms and a necklace, and recently adding more necklaces, charms, and custom pieces. On my latest order, I had an issue with one item, but their team responded the same day and immediately sent a replacement. The whole process was incredibly easy, which I really appreciated. I’ve also had some of my older pieces for quite a while now, and the quality hasn’t diminished at all, even with daily wear. That says a lot.
