Portrait Proof & Approval
You will receive your digital portrait proof by email within 48 hours of placing your order. If you don't see it, please check your spam or junk folder, as these emails can occasionally be filtered.
Please review and approve your proof promptly so we can begin crafting your piece. If we don't receive approval, we'll automatically move forward with production using the proof provided after 2 business days for expedited orders or 5 business days for standard shipping orders.
Need a change? Simply reply to your proof email and we will work with you to make it just right.
Production & Shipping
Each Fine piece is individually handcrafted to order in our Southern California studio. Production begins once your portrait proof is approved—or after the applicable 2- or 5-business-day approval window has passed.
Please note that shipping speed begins after production is complete. Selecting expedited or overnight shipping shortens the time your order spends in transit, but does not shorten the time required to create your piece.
Once complete, your order will be carefully packaged and shipped using the method selected at checkout. Current production and shipping estimates can be found on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Returns & Cancellations
Because every Fine piece is individually handcrafted from your photograph, all sales are final.
